I’m a third-year law student at the Texas Tech University School of Law. I am currently a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office, and work primarily on white collar crime cases. I also serve as an editor for both the Texas Bank Lawyer and the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal.
This blog is intended to provide law students and lawyers with timely information relating to major Supreme Court cases and the use of technology in the practice of law. As time permits, I also provide analysis of news related to white collar crime, tax, finance, and corporate litigation.
